About

A small studio of real engineers, building websites for small businesses.

Sitewright is an independent studio that designs, builds, hosts, and maintains small business websites. New builds and redesigns. One team, one monthly bill, every change after launch handled by us.

§ 01 · Why we exist

The small businesses we know were getting a raw deal.

The dentist down the block. The lawyer at the corner. The bakery that's been there for fifteen years. The contractor whose phone rings every spring. They were either paying too much for templated work that broke every six months — or stitching together a designer, a developer, a host, a maintenance vendor, and a marketing freelancer just to keep their site online and current.

None of them got into business to manage a website. They got into business to do the work. We started Sitewright because we thought small businesses deserved the same engineering rigor that gets poured into venture-backed software — just delivered in a way that makes sense for a shop with twenty customers, not twenty thousand.

§ 02 · Who we are

Senior engineers. No handoffs.

Sitewright was founded by a software engineer with seven years at startups across AI vision, security, and fintech. The same engineering rigor that ships production systems for ML pipelines and threat-detection platforms — the kind that can't afford to break — now goes into the small business websites we think the bigger industry under-serves.

The studio is a small team of senior engineers. We don't subcontract. We don't pass your project off to junior staff. Every site is designed, built, and maintained by people you'd recognize on the next call.

§ 03 · What we believe

Four opinions we won't budge on.

  1. One studio, one bill.

A website should not require five vendors to keep it alive. Design, build, hosting, monitoring, and changes after launch all come from us, on a single monthly invoice. No vendor juggling, no finger-pointing.

  2. Fast, or it doesn't count.

A site that takes four seconds to load isn't a website — it's a leak. Every site we build is built for speed first, then everything else. Speed is a design constraint, not an afterthought.

  3. Built to last ten years.

Trends come and go. We design for clarity, not novelty, and we use boring, durable technology that won't trap you when the framework-of-the-week falls out of fashion. The site you ship is a site you'll be glad to own a decade from now.

  4. No dark patterns.

No surveillance trackers by default. No newsletter pop-ups two seconds after page load. No fake scarcity timers. We treat your visitors the way we'd want to be treated — and your customers can tell.
